Drive in-store luxury retail sales and customer engagement while managing consignment drop-offs, educating buyers and consignors, reviewing and cataloging products, resolving inquiries, and maintaining merchandising and store-readiness standards. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong organization, problem-solving, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and develop an inside sales team acquiring luxury products from existing consignors. Coach performance, monitor sales pipelines and KPIs, hire and train employees, ensure Salesforce data quality, resolve elevated consignor issues, improve workflows and reporting, and partner with other sales channels to exceed targets and deliver an excellent consignor experience.
