Perform and oversee pre-analytical specimen processing tasks including sorting, aliquoting, troubleshooting automated equipment, validating/verifying test orders, resolving pending reviews, training staff, entering results, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees on performance management, investigations, corrective action, and employment law. Document ER cases, escalate high-risk issues, partner with HR Centers of Excellence and other departments, support ADA and EEOC matters, and mentor HR generalists while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Manage material flow and replenishment for laboratory and off-site locations, perform cycle counts and inventory control, maintain Kanban and visual management tools, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
