Provide legal support for healthcare M&A, joint ventures, divestitures and strategic initiatives. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements; manage due diligence and post-closing integration; advise stakeholders on regulatory compliance and HIPAA; coordinate with internal teams and external counsel; perform legal research; support process improvements and special projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead and manage a Salesforce engineering delivery team to design, build, test, and deploy scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. Drive Agile/DevOps practices, release governance, platform architecture evolution, AI readiness, integrations (MuleSoft/REST/Data Cloud), HIPAA/PHI compliance, and cross-functional alignment to the enterprise roadmap while maximizing sprint efficiency and platform stability.

The intern will support growth by assisting with physician development, recruitment, marketing, and sales operations, focusing on CRM data integrity.
