The Senior Product Manager will lead commercialization strategy for CNS therapies, aligning teams, managing initiatives, and ensuring product positioning through market insights.

Lead national payer engagement with health plans, PBMs, GPOs to secure coverage, reimbursement, and access. Own national payer strategy, pricing, contracting, and Medicare Part D engagement. Drive payer-facing evidence and value communication, support launches, align cross-functionally, anticipate payer shifts, and represent Praxis as a thought leader.

Design and optimize field commercialization capabilities—KPIs, dashboards, incentive compensation, targeting/segmentation, vendor data management, and analytics—to support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch field effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally with Commercial Leadership, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Finance, IT, and Compliance to translate strategy into measurable execution frameworks and scalable processes.
