Provide advanced Tier-2 support for QAD ERP across functional and technical streams, resolving complex issues, mentoring junior staff, assisting client UAT, performing upgrades/changes, participating in DR/security/compliance activities, documenting runbooks/KBs, and improving processes following ITIL standards.

Consult with manufacturing and product-based clients to analyze financial operations, support or lead QAD ERP finance implementations, improve reporting, costing, budgeting, and forecasting, validate ERP financial data integrity, deliver presentations and training, and advise leadership on process improvements while mentoring junior consultants as appropriate.

Analyze marketing and revenue data across portfolio companies to generate actionable insights. Monitor dashboards, track partnership pipelines, support GTM research and ICP development, report growth scorecards, optimize campaigns, and help roll out Pine's preferred tech stack.
