Serve as the Tier 1 IT helpdesk’s first point of contact, triaging and resolving employee technology issues through Linear, Slack, email, and chat. Troubleshoot accounts, passwords, hardware, printers, mobile devices, email, and business applications. Administer Google Workspace accounts and device access, support onboarding and offboarding, provision hardware, track inventory, document resolutions, maintain knowledge base content, and escalate complex issues with complete documentation.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation, manage data feeds and integrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, run testing and go-live, mitigate risks, train customers, and optimize onboarding workflows to ensure timely, successful launches.

The Senior Product Manager will optimize member engagement, drive funnel performance, lead A/B testing, and ensure seamless experiences for users in medical imaging. This role involves collaboration across teams to improve registration rates, completion rates, and overall user satisfaction.
