Drafts and argues motions, conducts legal research, prepares memoranda, supports case strategy, and collaborates with attorneys across multiple practice groups and offices. Requires California Bar membership, a J.D., 4–8 years of law firm litigation experience, strong legal writing and analytical skills, independent matter management, and willingness to travel within California.

Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on advanced estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Design sophisticated trust and wealth-transfer structures, oversee complex estate and trust administration, counsel on business succession and philanthropic planning, and maintain trusted client relationships.

Serve as first chair in complex commercial litigation matters, handling trials, hearings, dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation in state and federal courts. Manage high-exposure business disputes independently, supervise and mentor associates, and help expand the firm’s California litigation practice.
