Provide strategic employment advice and counseling to employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters. Independently manage a varied workload from multiple partners with minimal oversight, while supporting complex and multi-plaintiff employment litigation as needed. The role is based in the Los Angeles office with hybrid flexibility.

Supports attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, document management, legal research, docket and deadline tracking, depositions, evidentiary hearings, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings. The role requires managing multiple deadline-driven matters, maintaining organized case files and databases, and applying California state and federal litigation procedures.

Supports attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, document management, legal research, deadline tracking, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and post-trial proceedings. The role requires maintaining detailed dockets, databases, and case files while managing high-volume, deadline-driven work for multiple attorneys. Initial work is fully onsite in Los Angeles or Century City, with potential for a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
