As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will source, screen, and present candidates, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill department needs.

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in various HR functions including benefits administration, employee leave management, training coordination, and policy administration while supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Provide front-desk reception, handle inbound calls and mail, create internal email newsletters, coordinate vendors and facility needs, manage office supplies, and support event planning and other administrative tasks.

Execute full sales cycle for freight forwarding: prospect and qualify clients, present Ocean/Air and related logistics services, build a book of business, meet monthly revenue quotas, coordinate with internal and overseas teams, and travel locally for client meetings.

Negotiate carrier rates, update internal rate tables, coordinate with international offices and sales reps, analyze shipment data to support pricing and contracts, resolve billing disputes, and participate in partner meetings.

Sell logistics services across the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, presentations, and closing. Present ocean/air, warehousing, trucking, insurance, and customs brokerage offerings. Maintain client relationships, meet monthly revenue quotas, coordinate with internal and overseas teams, collaborate with CRM specialists, and travel locally for meetings.
