Requires at least three years of direct freight-forwarding sales experience, preferably with CargoWise One experience.

Supports accounting operations for a freight-forwarding company by processing invoices, payments, refunds, and financial transactions; resolving billing discrepancies; managing past-due accounts; conducting reconciliations; preparing reports; and coordinating with customers, vendors, and overseas offices. The role uses CargoWise One and requires accurate data entry, payment processing, dispute resolution, collections support, and process improvement.

Coordinate ocean import shipments, manage electronic documentation, track containers and rail shipments, update shipment statuses, and communicate delays or documentation issues. The role involves working with carriers, truckers, customers, warehouses, overseas agents, and vendors to resolve problems and provide ETA, pickup, and last free day updates. High-volume data entry and CargoWise One usage are central responsibilities.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will source, screen, and present candidates, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill department needs.

The Human Resources Coordinator will assist in various HR functions including benefits administration, employee leave management, training coordination, and policy administration while supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Provide front-desk reception, handle inbound calls and mail, create internal email newsletters, coordinate vendors and facility needs, manage office supplies, and support event planning and other administrative tasks.

Negotiate carrier rates, update internal rate tables, coordinate with international offices and sales reps, analyze shipment data to support pricing and contracts, resolve billing disputes, and participate in partner meetings.
