Teams at Nutrafol

Manage e-commerce and B2B order operations, including fraud screening, payment verification, fulfillment, shipping issues, returns, chargebacks, and order-error investigations. Coordinate with 3PLs, fulfillment centers, carriers, offshore teams, and internal Customer Experience and Supply Chain teams. Monitor operational queues, troubleshoot system issues, triage projects, document requirements, and ensure orders and tracking are processed within SLAs.

Lead organic social strategy and execution for Nutrafol and Nutrafol Men, developing platform-native content, managing community and creators, partnering cross-functionally on campaigns, optimizing performance through analytics, and managing budgets and production to drive brand awareness and business impact.

Provides white-glove customer service and operational support to physician and dermatology partners. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, placing and managing orders, triaging communications, onboarding partners to the Growth Partner Platform, maintaining Salesforce records, resolving account issues, and collaborating with Business Development Managers to support customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This is a remote role limited to candidates located on the East Coast.
