Oversee clinic operations to ensure high-quality, accessible patient care while meeting financial, productivity, quality, and regulatory goals. Manage staff, budgets, payor programs, licensing, facility operations, and emergency response; ensure performance, credentialing, and continuous improvement.

Prepare and analyze financial information and general ledger entries; maintain subsidiary schedules (prepayments, deferrals, deposits, depreciation); reconcile bank accounts; process petty cash; compile special financial reports; assist the controller; perform account analyses and adjustments; attend meetings. Position requires occasional travel between facilities (10%).

Manage day-to-day clinic operations, finances, staffing, compliance, and facility management to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Oversee budgeting, provider productivity, payor enrollment, credentialing, quality improvement, staff training, and urgent operational response. Drive revenue goals, reduce patient wait times, and maintain regulatory and audit readiness.
