Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to assess change management and training initiatives, implements audit plans, creates trend and assessment reports, leads interviews and focus groups, recommends and supports performance improvement projects, manages survey tools and audit tracking, and collaborates across departments.

Provide information, advocacy, and service coordination for individuals and families. Develop, monitor, and revise program plans; identify and coordinate services; complete required documentation; attend interdisciplinary meetings; identify barriers and implement culturally sensitive strategies; rotate officer-of-the-day duties and provide emergency on-call coverage. Community-based role requiring home and community visits and frequent telephone/virtual meetings.

Coordinate and manage social media, outreach, and promotional efforts; maintain and develop the website; create print and electronic media; oversee videography, photography, and podcast production; support event publicity and AV needs; track legislative activity and perform related projects as assigned.
