Administers learning management systems, maintains training records and libraries, coordinates onboarding and mandatory training, facilitates sessions, designs eLearning and in-person programs using ADDIE, analyzes survey and KPI data, prepares strategic reports, and supports training operations and instructional design across the organization.

Leads the enterprise cybersecurity program, including strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, security architecture, incident response, vulnerability management, vendor risk, and audit readiness. Oversees Microsoft security environments, ISO 27001 certification readiness, HITRUST and HIPAA compliance, security policies, remediation, and organizational awareness. Reports cybersecurity posture to executives, manages security teams and programs, and coordinates with IT, business stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and vendors.
