Coordinates Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain, and Customer Delivery teams while driving accountability and issue resolution. Requires technical understanding of optical networking, DWDM, and Layer 1 systems, along with strong negotiation, communication, and program management skills.

Supports the design, configuration, testing, documentation, and customer delivery of large-scale fixed, IP routing and switching, and DWDM optical networks. The role develops practical engineering skills, creates network implementation documentation, validates network performance, and configures Nokia equipment for customer requirements. It includes collaboration with international colleagues and customers, mentorship from experienced engineers, and potential travel.
