Own the full sales cycle for Nitra Card and related financial products, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close. Manage a defined territory and medical specialty, engage practice owners and financial stakeholders, conduct sophisticated discovery, develop tailored business cases, demonstrate ROI, and deliver product presentations. The role requires strong B2B closing experience, financial fluency, executive presence, and the ability to sell platform-based fintech solutions to medical practices.

Prospect and qualify healthcare customers through cold calls, email, events, and in-person meetings. Execute demos, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales to generate leads and close deals, and develop tailored sales materials to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Lead product vision and roadmap for an AI-native health fintech platform. Build and manage a product org, drive discovery with clinics, translate AI into clinical features, align with execs, and own metrics (activation, retention, NRR). Partner with distributed engineering/design and cross-functional teams to ship and scale new products across finance, procurement, patient management, HR, and marketplace.
