The Business Development Manager will establish relationships, identify sales opportunities, execute strategies, and achieve revenue targets in the 3PL and International Freight Forwarding industry.

Serve as the interface between customers, logistics teams, and IT for Blue Yonder WMS projects. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, translate business requirements into solution concepts and specifications, and support implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Create user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, and documentation. Coordinate stakeholders, perform testing and quality assurance, and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous solution enhancements.

The Senior Technical Consultant will implement and integrate Blue Yonder WMS solutions, develop technical concepts, ensure system integration, and enhance platform functionality based on customer feedback.
