Serve as the interface between customers, logistics teams, and IT for Blue Yonder WMS projects. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, translate business requirements into solution concepts and specifications, and support implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Create user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, and documentation. Coordinate stakeholders, perform testing and quality assurance, and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous solution enhancements.

We are looking for a Blue Yonder expert to join us as a (Senior) Functional Consultant:
As a Functional Consultant Blue Yonder, you serve as the interface between customers, logistics, and IT. You analyze requirements and develop solutions that enable efficient and future-ready logistics processes.
- Together with our customers, you analyze logistics processes, identify optimization potential, and provide guidance on best practices within the Blue Yonder platform.
- Based on business requirements, you develop solution concepts, create specifications, and support their implementation within Blue Yonder WMS.
- Creating user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, as well as project and system documentation, is part of your area of responsibility.
- As the link between customers, business departments, and technical teams, you ensure that requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
- You support projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept and implementation through go-live and hypercare phases.
- Through testing, quality assurance activities, and the continuous enhancement of existing solutions, you ensure stable and future-proof processes for our customers.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable qualifications.
- Several years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS or comparable warehouse management and supply chain solutions.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, combined with a passion for analyzing, designing, and optimizing complex workflows.
- Experience in creating business concepts, specifications, user stories, or test concepts, enabling you to translate requirements into structured solutions.
- An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style that allows you to successfully align diverse stakeholder interests.
- Excellent communication skills, strong English language proficiency, and enthusiasm for collaborating with customers, partners, and interdisciplinary project teams complete your profile.
