Leads national and multi-market media sales revenue growth, owns budgets and forecasts, expands accounts, generates new business, and develops integrated campaigns across television, digital, CTV/OTT, sports, sponsorships, and network platforms. Builds relationships with national advertisers and agencies, advises clients, represents the company in the marketplace, and collaborates with local sales, sports, digital, research, marketing, and operations teams.

Supports live Rose Parade television production with clerical and administrative tasks, including assembling script books, float tour books, camera cards, and maintaining production files. Provides telephone coverage, assists the Production Coordinator and APOC, and works on location in Pasadena. Requires live television or related experience, strong Microsoft Office and OneDrive proficiency, excellent organization, multitasking, communication, and deadline-management skills. This is a seasonal temporary position from December through January.

Seasonal Production Assistant supporting KTLA’s live Rose Parade coverage in Pasadena. Responsibilities include assembling script books, float tour books, and camera cards; maintaining rundowns, schedules, and scripts in OneDrive; completing clerical tasks; providing telephone coverage; and assisting production staff under tight deadlines. The role requires live television or related experience, strong administrative and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and OneDrive, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and professional communication.
