Owns electronics quality across drone production, including PCBAs, soldering, harnesses, cables, and battery packs. Leads defect containment, MRB, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, inspection and test strategy, SPC metrics, design-for-quality activities, ESD controls, IPC certification, and quality reviews. Partners with manufacturing, engineering, and software teams while mentoring quality personnel and supporting production scale-up.

Own electronics build quality across PCBAs, harnesses, cables, and battery packs in a high-volume defense manufacturing environment. Investigate defects, contain suspect products, lead root-cause and corrective-action efforts, monitor manufacturing quality metrics, create inspection plans, support first article inspections, improve in-line controls, certify inspectors, and maintain ESD controls. The role requires electronics manufacturing quality experience, SMT and post-SMT process knowledge, and proficiency with SQL and Python for production data analysis.

Owns terminal guidance and control paths for unmanned aircraft, including guidance laws, aimpoint commands, acceleration management, flight-control interfaces, and engagement accuracy against maneuvering targets. Develops and deploys C++ and Python software to flight vehicles, performs state estimation and sensor fusion, analyzes flight-test data, and participates in test planning, range operations, instrumentation, and post-test reviews.
