Lead execution of New Product Introduction programs, maintain master schedules, coordinate cross-functional readiness (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain), run NPI reviews, manage ECOs and firmware releases, support daily build execution, coordinate tooling and procurement, and track production ramp readiness and risk mitigation to move products from prototypes to reliable production.

The role requires trusted handling of sensitive information, executive-level communication, flexibility across time zones, and occasional work outside normal business hours. The assistant will interact with partners, investors, and government officials while serving as an operational and cultural bridge for leadership teams.

Owns end-to-end RF subsystem development from architecture and simulation through layout, verification, validation, production testing, and mass production. Performs link budget, cascade, interference, desensitization, and connectivity analysis; selects critical components; leads root-cause investigations; manages timelines; and mentors engineers while collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and software teams.

Lead 2D and 3D concept art, illustration, and visual storytelling for unmanned systems across marketing, technical guides, customer presentations, and concept of operations materials. Define visual styles for products, mission profiles, deployment sequences, and battlefield scenarios; translate complex technical specifications into intuitive visuals; collaborate with marketing and brand teams; and manage multiple concurrent concept projects.

Own development and maintenance of manufacturing test stations for autonomous systems. Perform board-level hardware debugging, develop and extend test automation (Python), integrate HW/SW, analyze production test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and production scalability.

Run and enforce the Marketing org's project management systems, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines for campaigns and launches, surface and resolve risks, present status updates to leadership, and conduct post-mortems to improve execution and velocity.

Lead architecture and development of manufacturing systems and integrations (MES, ERP, QMS, WMS). Build production factory software, define APIs/data models, establish engineering standards, ensure auditability/observability, and partner with cross-functional operations teams. Mentor engineers and operate hands-on as the first senior technical leader in a fast, regulated manufacturing environment.

Design and implement board-level manufacturing test hardware and fixtures, define ICT/functional/test/programming/calibration strategies, deploy and sustain test solutions with contract manufacturers, analyze yield and failure trends, and drive DFT and continuous improvements across prototype to high-volume production.

Lead supplier development and production ramp for electrical assemblies: provide DFM feedback, create process flows and PPAP, perform capacity planning and supplier assessments, implement process controls, analyze supplier metrics, and drive quality improvement for NPI and mass production.

Manage media relations across national, business, tech, defense trade, and creator outlets. Pitch and field press inquiries, run embargoed rollouts and exclusives, draft press releases and media materials, maintain editorial/announcement calendar, analyze coverage and share-of-voice, and partner with content production on integrated campaigns.

Develop and scale manufacturing processes for complex electromechanical hardware through high-volume production. Lead DFM/DFA, tooling, fixtures, assembly equipment, automation, manufacturing readiness, validation, and production ramp activities. Analyze yield, quality, throughput, cycle time, and OEE using data-driven methods, while applying SPC, DOE, tolerance analysis, and root-cause problem solving. Collaborate with design, test, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver scalable product launches.

Design and integrate high-performance camera modules for drones: select image sensors/ISPs, lead mechanical packaging and lens alignment, define supplier design criteria, and own assembly processes and testing to ensure manufacturable, high-yield camera products.

Own domestic and international shipping for dangerous and ITAR-controlled items. Build compliant logistics systems, manage freight partners, maintain DG certifications, ensure export control and customs compliance, implement ERP/SCM tools, develop SOPs and KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvement for scalable global operations.

Partners with managers and leaders, especially in production and manufacturing, to support performance management, employee relations, organizational design, change management, compliance, and scalable People programs. Coaches managers, handles investigations and sensitive employee matters, supports promotions and compensation discussions, and executes training, policy, communications, and documentation initiatives in a fast-growing organization.

Own the end-to-end video post-production pipeline, including editing, color, sound, VFX, asset management, versioning, and platform formatting. Produce docu-style films, social cutdowns, product sizzle reels, factory tours, and company announcements. Manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with videographers, designers, and marketing leadership, and deliver polished storytelling across web, social, and brand channels.

Own sourcing strategy and supplier execution for drone product families from early development through high-rate production. Lead supplier selection, RFX processes, commercial negotiations, cost reduction, supplier risk mitigation, and sourcing agreements. Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Supplier Quality, Planning, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations on NPI programs, prototype builds, production ramps, supplier readiness, and material requirements. Manage supplier relationships, QBRs, scorecards, approved supplier governance, and item master data in an onsite defense manufacturing environment.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and the operating model; provide financial analysis and business partnership; support strategic decisions including partnerships, M&A, and fundraising; drive cross-functional initiatives and build the strategic finance function.

Own design and delivery of internal and customer-facing software tools across frontend, desktop, backend, and data systems. Make architectural decisions, build reliable scalable services and desktop apps, implement CI/CD and containerized deployments, and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines and performance standards.

Design, operate, and secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for production software. Lead architecture, automation (IaC), Linux administration, networking, secrets/PKI, and compliance for reliable, auditable platforms.

Own and maintain the common runtime, libraries, SDK, and build system used across MCU and Linux targets. Build reproducible cross-compile toolchains, design stable interfaces, resolve cross-team platform integration issues, optimize resource-constrained subsystems, debug complex firmware problems, and mentor other engineers while continuing to ship production code.
