Support, configure, and maintain CRM, ERP, and Ship & Debit systems; translate business requirements into system configurations; design and maintain integrations (iPaaS, APIs, EDI); ensure master data accuracy; build SQL and Power BI reports; coordinate vendors and UAT; maintain SOX application controls and documentation; provide training and process improvements.

Lead technical marketing for SiC power products: define product requirements, conduct market and competitor research, support design-in with customers, enable GTM and pricing strategies, collaborate with R&D and validation teams, produce technical documentation, and provide third-level customer support alongside sales and FAE teams.

Lead R&D vision and device/process architecture for LV/MV/HV GaN power devices. Manage foundry partnerships, drive technology roadmap from concept to high-volume production, oversee packaging, reliability, characterization, TCAD and DOE, and recruit/mentor a high-performance R&D team to deliver manufacturable GaN platforms.

Lead test engineering strategy for SiC and GaN power semiconductor products, defining test methodology from prototype to high-volume manufacturing. Build and manage test teams, architect ATE and automation solutions, develop and validate DC/AC/dynamic/reliability tests, partner with R&D, operations, quality, and external test houses, and drive yield improvement, test equipment qualification, and compliance across global manufacturing sites.

Provide frontline and escalated end-user IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; manage incidents via ticketing system; administer AD/Entra ID and endpoint management; image and deploy devices; maintain asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and compliance; identify improvements and share knowledge across IT.

Lead R&D for next-generation high-voltage SiC power devices from concept to volume manufacturing. Drive device design, process integration, characterization, reliability qualification, TCAD/SPICE model calibration, and cross-functional coordination with foundries and packaging teams.

Lead technical marketing and communications for GaN and SiC products: develop positioning, campaigns, technical and commercial collateral, manage events, messaging channels, partner/academic relationships, and represent the company on standards and regulatory committees.
