Hands-on Business Systems Analyst to translate finance and accounting requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations for a multi-entity ERP transformation. Design and configure GL, AP/AR, intercompany, multi-currency, revenue recognition, build SuiteScript/SuiteFlow automations, validate data migrations with SQL/BigQuery, and support integrations (OIC/iPaaS) while partnering with finance stakeholders and implementation teams.

Lead NetSuite solution design and development, build and review SuiteScripts/Restlets/SuiteTalk integrations, own integrations with ecommerce/OMS/WMS, enable finance and ops processes (O2C, P2P, inventory), define technical roadmap and governance, document solutions, and mentor junior developers.

Implement and configure NetSuite ERP by analyzing business requirements, performing fit/gap and process mapping, developing wireframes, and supporting end-to-end deployments. Collaborate with senior consultants and development teams to deliver custom solutions, pursue NetSuite certifications, and support client engagements which may include travel and occasional off-hours work.
