Manage new product development projects and product improvements from planning through implementation. Maintain product status databases, coordinate sampling, testing, photography, and cross‑functional communication (US and Asian sourcing). Lead weekly brand and sales check‑ins, deliver product training, update product content in Salsify, and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.

Design softgoods from concept to production, develop tech packs, work with overseas manufacturers, and collaborate with various teams while managing multiple projects.

Design and produce visually compelling assets across digital, social, email, web, retail, and print. Create motion graphics and edit photo/video, maintain DTC websites, optimize creative for performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate AI tools to accelerate production while upholding brand aesthetics.

Provide internal helpdesk support: triage and resolve tickets, maintain knowledgebase and documentation, provision Windows and macOS devices, troubleshoot hardware/software/network and AV (Zoom/Slack), support company events, assist IT projects, and research emerging technologies.

Lead brand storytelling and visual execution across digital, social, email, retail, and print. Create motion graphics, edit photo/video, mentor designers, partner cross-functionally, drive performance-focused creative, pilot AI tools, and manage multiple brand projects to elevate craft and consistency.
