Serves as the quantitative partner to Growth Marketing, developing attribution, lifetime value, acquisition cost, retention, and predictive models. Leads A/B tests, geo-experiments, holdout tests, and causal inference studies to optimize marketing spend and growth. Partners with Growth, Product, Finance, analytics, and engineering teams on unit economics, data pipelines, event tracking, dashboards, and actionable business strategy.

Leads engineering operations and strategy across a scaling technology organization. Responsibilities include managing a $50M–$100M+ budget, engineering hiring and onboarding processes, vendor forecasting and relationships, M&A technology due diligence, vendor migrations, strategic planning, and executive alignment. The role requires strong technical grounding, operational leadership, financial ownership, and the ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Own the architecture and technical direction of Metropolis Recognition Platform, including edge-to-cloud pipelines, identity resolution, real-time decisioning, privacy and consent models, observability, and progressive delivery. Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, computer vision, data, security, platform teams, and partners. Establish RFCs, SLOs, testing standards, operational practices, and architectural best practices while mentoring engineers and managing high-scale distributed systems.
