Lead global sales operations for Latitude within Megaport, building scalable forecasting, quote-to-cash, CRM processes, reporting, and governance. Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve revenue predictability, optimize Salesforce workflows, drive CRM adoption, support GTM and marketplace initiatives, and mentor sales operations staff.

Design and deploy predictive forecasting and analytics to support Revenue operations. Build models for forecasting, churn, expansion, and pipeline analytics; create scalable dashboards; partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to improve data quality, KPI governance, and executive reporting to drive data-driven decisions and AI readiness.

Translate Megaport platform capabilities into deployable reference architectures and enablement materials. Create blueprints, diagrams, guides, and training for connectivity, compute, storage, Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, and AI workloads to support enterprise sales and product teams.
