The Senior Site Reliability Engineer improves production reliability, resilience, and system availability. Responsibilities include operating Linux and Kubernetes infrastructure, automating workflows, developing tools, managing observability, responding to incidents, participating in on-call rotations, writing runbooks, and conducting blameless postmortems. The role collaborates with distributed teams and stakeholders, supports cloud infrastructure, troubleshoots live systems, and promotes DevOps and SRE best practices.

Own a territory and drive adoption of compute, GPU, CPU, storage, and networking offerings. Develop pipeline through outbound and inbound sales, manage enterprise relationships, execute territory go-to-market strategies, deliver consultative value propositions, forecast accurately, and close new-logo and expansion opportunities. Collaborate with executives, solution architects, customer success, finance, legal, product, procurement, and channel teams while supporting strategic GPU engagements and customer retention.

Provide trusted executive support to the CEO and leadership team by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, events, expenses, stakeholder communications, and confidential information. The role requires anticipating executive needs, coordinating priorities across time zones, supporting business initiatives, and maintaining smooth operations in a fast-moving global technology company.

Manage post-sale relationships for an assigned enterprise customer base, focusing on onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Partner with sales, solutions architecture, marketing, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, identify growth opportunities, communicate product value, and maintain customer and pipeline records in Salesforce. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate while analyzing customer feedback and improving the overall service experience.

Design and deploy predictive forecasting and analytics to support Revenue operations. Build models for forecasting, churn, expansion, and pipeline analytics; create scalable dashboards; partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to improve data quality, KPI governance, and executive reporting to drive data-driven decisions and AI readiness.
