Supports a commercial litigation practice by managing case files, discovery tracking, timelines, calendars, docketing, court filings, subpoenas, document analysis, and case chronologies. The paralegal coordinates with attorneys, court clerks, vendors, and trial teams while maintaining organized operational infrastructure and ensuring litigation deadlines are met.

Leads firmwide onboarding and integration of lateral partners, developing individualized integration plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting client and matter transitions, and monitoring engagement, revenue, retention, and growth metrics. Manage legal billing from bill preparation through electronic and conventional submission. The role requires law firm billing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and familiarity with electronic billing and Elite (3E).

Manages the full lifecycle of lateral partner recruiting across multiple offices and practices. Responsibilities include sourcing and market mapping, candidate interviews, due diligence coordination, pipeline reporting, leadership evaluations, partner onboarding, recruiting communications, process improvement, and adoption of analytics and AI tools. The role requires strong legal market knowledge, executive presence, discretion, and relationship management with firm leaders and external search firms.

Provides litigation docketing and risk management services across multiple offices. Reviews court filings, interprets federal, state, and local procedural rules, calculates deadlines, maintains CourtAlert records, opens cases, researches docket issues, and advises attorneys and staff on calendared events and compliance dates. Collaborates with docketing, application support, court personnel, attorneys, and paralegals while monitoring rule changes and supporting training and special projects.

Leads private equity relationship origination and business development for the law firm. Builds senior relationships with GPs, LPs, emerging managers, and other investors; identifies opportunities; facilitates introductions; converts prospects into client opportunities; provides market intelligence; represents the firm at industry events; and partners with attorneys and business development teams to drive growth.
