I love my job because I make a difference for my customers. Previously, as a business analyst & now as a customer success manager, I get to learn about my customers' business processes and can help design and streamline their processes using M-Files.

I'm most enthusiastic about is the work we are doing to capitalize on recent advancements in AI and the capabilities of LLMs.
