Lead legal billing and financial software implementations for law firms. Responsibilities include discovery, billing workflow design, Salesforce and Litify configuration, e-billing, AR and collections, financial reporting, data migration and reconciliation, testing, UAT, training, and go-live support. The role requires collaboration with billing teams, finance staff, developers, and executives while managing project documentation, risks, and status.

Own scoping and proposal creation for professional services, manage Salesforce workflows and reporting, maintain SOW lifecycle and SOPs, support resource planning and handoffs, and partner with RevOps/Finance to ensure forecasting, data integrity, and continuous improvement of services operations.

Supports pre-sales efforts for Litify’s legal billing solution by conducting discovery, understanding law firm billing workflows, configuring and demonstrating time, billing, and accounting functionality, and addressing RFP requirements. The role serves as the billing subject matter expert, enables solution engineers, partners with Product on roadmap feedback, and supports customer-facing sales activities. Requires 3–5 years of law firm billing or related solution engineering experience and monthly domestic travel.
