Provide technical consulting and project management for elevators, escalators, moving walks and modernization projects. Conduct inspections, audits, equipment assessments, design review, and construction administration. Coordinate scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications; prepare reports and recommendations; support business development and maintain industry code knowledge. Perform site visits and field evaluations, wearing PPE and working in construction and confined spaces as required.
