Leads revenue systems and operations initiatives across sales and RevOps, mapping commercial processes and converting requirements into AI-powered prototypes and scalable production solutions. Owns and improves the GTM technology stack, including automation and data management, while partnering with developers and senior stakeholders. Applies AI to automate work, improve productivity, and measure business impact across lead management, forecasting, CPQ, and order fulfillment.

Leads the strategy, architecture, and execution of the company’s go-to-market systems and revenue technology ecosystem. Owns Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, BI, automation, integrations, data infrastructure, territory, quota, and compensation systems. Builds AI-enabled workflows, manages vendors, develops multi-year systems roadmaps, partners with executive commercial and technical leaders, and leads a revenue systems and business operations team.

Own strategy and execution for core data products, partnering with engineering, product leadership, and commercial teams. Lead customer discovery, define use cases and requirements, establish evaluation criteria, manage sprints, prioritize evidence-based backlogs, and deliver product improvements. The role requires deep technical fluency in SQL, data models, pipelines, and statistical analysis, along with US healthcare data knowledge and effective use of AI tools.
