We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health:

Komodo Health is reimagining how revenue operations runs. We’re moving beyond a static SaaS stack to an AI-centric model where intelligent systems support sellers and operations teams by handling rote work and surfacing the right action at the right moment.
As Senior Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of revenue operations, technology, and applied AI. You will lead discussions with GTM, Legal, and Finance teams to understand their processes and pain points, then turn those requirements into a prioritized roadmap and working solutions, shipped in partnership with our developers. Over time, you will own our go-to-market product and be trusted to push back on senior leaders when priorities need challenging. If you’ve used AI to deliver measurable productivity gains, or you’re eager to, this is a role where you can do it at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish a prioritized go-to-market product roadmap, agreed to by Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership, with a clear intake and prioritization process the team runs after you.
  • Simplify the go-to-market technology stack by reducing redundant tools and manual handoffs, without disrupting revenue-critical workflows.
  • Deliver major platform milestones with Engineering on agreed timelines, with clear success criteria for each.
  • Set baselines early, then show measurable gains in time saved, cycle time, data quality, and user adoption.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior GTM leaders, where hard trade-off conversations lead to better decisions.

Who You Are:

  • Own the roadmap: Set priorities for our go-to-market platform, balancing competing needs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and say no when the evidence calls for it.
  • Partner with the business: Lead working sessions with GTM, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to map processes and friction across lead management, pipeline, forecasting, quoting, and order fulfillment.
  • Translate requirements into solutions: Turn business needs into clear specs, and prototype where it helps, then work with developers to ship and scale them.
  • Apply AI to real work: Use AI to automate rote tasks and give sellers and operations users more time, and measure the impact.
  • Manage the tool and integration portfolio: Make build-versus-buy calls, evaluate vendors, and retire what we no longer need.
  • Drive adoption: Lead rollouts and change management with the Revenue Operations and Enablement Team so new workflows stick.
  • Influence senior leaders: Make trade-offs visible and push back constructively on executives when priorities need challenging.

What you bring to Komodo Health:

  • 5+ years owning roadmaps and prioritization for complex systems or platforms, with a track record of shipping alongside engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of how revenue teams operate across lead management, account and territory management, pipeline and forecasting, quoting, and order fulfillment, gained in a product, RevOps, GTM systems, or systems integration role.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or owning GTM technology (CRM, CPQ, sales and marketing platforms) and making build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate work or improve team productivity, with results you can describe in measurable terms.
  • Solid grounding in data management and BI tools, with the ability to define success metrics and track them.
  • Ability to lead conversations with senior Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders and to push back constructively when priorities need challenging.

Additional skills we'd prioritize...

  • Hands-on experience building or shipping with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), whether prototypes, internal tools, or production code.
  • Experience with integration or orchestration platforms (e.g., Workato).
  • Experience leading a system migration or replatforming effort.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
