Leads the Workday Extend consulting practice by owning client portfolios, overseeing delivery, managing budgets and risks, developing distributed teams, strengthening client relationships, guiding presales, improving methodologies, and shaping practice strategy with leadership.

Provides post-production Workday Adaptive Insights consulting, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, and client knowledge transfer. The consultant partners with clients and internal teams, recommends solutions, manages concurrent deliverables, communicates Workday best practices, and supports client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, contributing to knowledge management, meeting utilization and service-level targets, and adapting to changing priorities in a remote environment.

Manage a portfolio of Workday Finance clients: scope, plan, configure, test, and deploy Workday Financials solutions. Lead project delivery, coach and evaluate consultants, maintain client relationships and satisfaction, contribute knowledge resources, and meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
