Design, develop, and maintain software applications: implement features, fix bugs, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot issues, support QA efforts, produce documentation, and collaborate across teams while occasionally leading small projects and training peers.

Sell enterprise trust infrastructure across the Central US region by building and managing long sales cycles, negotiating contracts, forecasting territory revenue, developing GTM strategies, engaging C-level stakeholders, attending events, and contributing product, market, and competitor insights while coaching the broader sales team.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements and solution design for enterprise customers, translating product capabilities into tailored PKI and identity/security architectures. Drive strategic account solutions, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor junior engineers, participate in product testing, and support sales initiatives. Work includes onsite/virtual customer meetings, deployment roadmaps, and cloud integration across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

The Senior Solutions Architect II leads the design and implementation of large-scale solutions, drives innovation, and mentors team members. They also collaborate on pre-sales with Sales teams and serve as technical escalation points for complex issues.
