Drives execution of Privileged Access Management roadmap initiatives from planning through release. Coordinates Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and customer-facing teams; manages dependencies, risks, blockers, release readiness, customer escalations, metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Improves technical program processes and uses AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Leads complex federal platform, cloud infrastructure, IT services, security, compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives.
