The Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, drive expansion in existing accounts, and support customers in achieving their goals with Keeper's cybersecurity solutions.

Lead the design process to create engaging user experiences across products, collaborating with teams to define user needs and ensuring visual elegance.

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and tools to validate endpoint workflows across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Integrate tests into CI/CD, manage containerized test environments, validate auth/SSO and backend APIs, analyze failures, and mentor QA engineers to improve automation practices.

Validate database behavior, data integrity, and schema-level functionality across Keeper's backend and encrypted vault. Execute complex SQL queries, test CRUD operations, migrations, stored procedures, and performance; analyze logs and backend outputs; document defects in Jira; and collaborate with backend engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to ensure secure, consistent data flows in cloud environments.

Manage and grow a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, carry revenue quota, negotiate renewals/cross-sells/upsells, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot technical issues, advise on password/IAM best practices, drive adoption and customer advocacy, and collaborate internally to ensure renewals and expansion.

Perform manual and cross-browser testing of Keeper browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Create and maintain test cases, log reproducible defects in Jira, validate releases, reproduce customer issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve QA processes and support automation efforts.

Validate functionality, reliability, and security of Keeper Secrets Manager across web apps, SDKs, APIs and cloud environments. Execute manual and integration tests, report defects, support automation, and ensure security and compliance in KSM workflows.

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and tooling for Commander CLI and SDKs. Create end-to-end, integration, and system tests, integrate automation into CI/CD, validate cross-platform and secure workflows, analyze failures, and mentor other automation engineers to improve reliability and test architecture.

Design, build, and scale automated test systems and frameworks for Keeper Secrets Manager. Develop reusable libraries and CI/CD-integrated tests for APIs, SDKs, and cloud services, manage containerized test environments, validate secure auth flows, analyze failures, and mentor other QA engineers to improve platform testability and stability.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure browser extension features using JavaScript/React/TypeScript. Write tests (Jest/TDD), collaborate with product and design, optimize performance and security, refactor and fix bugs, and uphold code quality through reviews.

Maintain and improve Keeper's browser extension and Snapshot feature by identifying, reproducing, and resolving autofill and web compatibility issues; collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering; document fixes, improve tooling (Fixinator), and mentor team members to scale the Snapshot program.

Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and data sources on Redshift; collaborate with data engineering (dbt) and business teams; own Tableau governance, performance tuning, documentation, training, and ensure data security compliance.

Support pre-sales and post-sales technical processes: qualify technical requirements, deliver demos and trials, assist implementations and integrations, provide L2 support, collaborate with sales and engineering, update Salesforce, and travel up to 10% for customer meetings.

Design, execute, and scale partner-focused enablement programs (onboarding, certification, training) across Channel, MSP, and MSSP audiences. Align with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, measure program performance, drive adoption, and improve partner readiness to support revenue growth.

Test Keeper's web-based Admin Console and supporting backend APIs for enterprise customers. Create and maintain test cases, execute cross-browser and API tests, document defects in Jira/Confluence, use TestRail for coverage, and collaborate with developers and PMs to ensure quality and timely resolution.

Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines and analytics-ready data models to support reporting, KPIs, and downstream ML use cases; implement data quality, optimize pipeline performance, document lineage, and ensure governance and privacy.

Manage and grow revenue within assigned strategic enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, driving renewals, cross-sells and upsells, conducting business reviews, advising on cybersecurity/IAM best practices, and meeting quota through strategic selling and account expansion.

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs for KeeperApp. Own backend components, optimize MySQL schemas/queries, ensure performance and reliability, apply secure coding practices, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features iteratively.

Design and maintain datasets, build and evaluate domain-specific ML and vision-language models for real-time privileged access threat detection; deploy and optimize Python/Docker inference services integrated with WebSocket/WebRTC and protocol-level interfaces; monitor and document production models.

Lead QA for AI/ML features: design and execute test plans, build Python automation to validate LLM outputs, guardrails, and data pipelines; perform regression, security/privacy validation, and analyze logs/metrics to ensure reliability.
