Drives new SMB business through cold outreach, lead generation, full-cycle sales, product demonstrations, pipeline development, proposal reviews, and contract management. Builds prospect relationships, schedules meetings, exceeds sales quotas, maintains accurate Salesforce activity, and stays current on Keeper cybersecurity products.

Supports the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, performance management, HRIS and ADP updates, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, international EOR coordination, and offboarding. Maintains accurate employee records, assists with audits and reporting, supports managers and employees, coordinates training and engagement initiatives, and improves HR processes using technology and AI tools.

Own and optimize the global talent acquisition technology stack, including Greenhouse, integrations, reporting, workflows, and automation. Build recruiting dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports; analyze funnel performance, capacity, headcount, and hiring trends; maintain data integrity; support ATS and HRIS integrations; improve recruiting processes and candidate experience; document workflows and provide system support. Lead cross-functional technology and process initiatives while assisting with recruiting activities as needed.
