Build strategic plans and pipeline, prospect and qualify leads, deliver web demos, manage the full sales cycle from contact to close, negotiate contracts, forecast accurately, collaborate with legal, product, marketing and customer success, and travel up to 50% for customer meetings.

Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to drive renewals, expansions, and upsells, ensure client health, and develop sales strategies.

Manage and grow channel and named accounts across New Zealand and Australia, carrying quota, driving renewals, upsells and partner relationships. Act as a technical account manager and cybersecurity advisor, conduct QBRs, troubleshoot implementations (SSO/Directory), use Salesforce, and drive customer advocacy and adoption to meet revenue targets.
