Oversee third-party reproductive clinical services, including donor and surrogacy programs, across four locations. Lead and develop staff, manage clinical operations, ensure FDA and 21 CFR Part 1271 compliance, maintain SOPs and documentation, coordinate complex patient cases, analyze program data, manage budgets, and collaborate with providers, agencies, attorneys, and mental health professionals.

Coordinates IVF patient care, educates patients on treatment protocols, medications, procedures, and pregnancy, and manages diagnostic testing and treatment calendars. Documents care in an EMR, assists with procedures, administers medications, performs phlebotomy, and prepares patients for surgery. Provides attentive patient support while collaborating with the healthcare team. Full-time work includes rotating weekends and holidays as needed.

Performs IVF laboratory procedures, including oocyte identification and culture, fertilization, embryo assessment, ICSI, trophoblast biopsy, vitrification, storage, warming, and embryo preparation for transfer. Maintains laboratory quality control, equipment, supplies, records, and infection-control protocols while supporting patient care and clinical outcomes. The role requires rotating weekends and collaboration with a multidisciplinary fertility-care team.
