Provide instructional and operational leadership for an at-risk student population: set school direction and standards, manage staff and daily operations, ensure safety and compliance, develop accountability and data systems, oversee curriculum and professional development, engage families, assist with grants and budgeting, and report to the CEO and board.

Coordinate and run after-school enrichment programs, manage enrollment and attendance records, ensure student safety and behavior management, communicate with families and school teams, supervise vendors and distribute snacks, provide front office support, and develop age-appropriate physical activities.
