Manage delivery partner insurance and risk programs: review certificates and policies, monitor compliance, support claims handling, analyze claim trends, and coordinate with brokers, carriers, legal, and operations to mitigate risk and improve insurance efficiency.

Support procurement, logistics, and vendor management for inbound international shipments. Manage purchase orders, track shipments, obtain PODs, resolve receiving issues, coordinate expedited shipping, and maintain project trackers. Partner with Accounts Payable for invoice review and reconciliation, prepare spend reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects and deliveries on schedule.

Monitor warehouse CCTV and review incidents for policy violations; prepare incident reports; support investigations with operations and HR; maintain surveillance hardware; assist with compliance checklists, audits, corrective actions, training, and vendor coordination.
