Teams at Industrial Refrigeration Pros

Plans and manages industrial refrigeration installations, upgrades, and retrofits from scope development through project handoff. Coordinates engineering teams, contractors, vendors, clients, procurement, budgets, schedules, technical reviews, safety compliance, and documentation. Provides oversight for ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems while ensuring compliance with IIAR, ASHRAE, OSHA, environmental, and client requirements. Leads project teams, resolves technical and logistical issues, manages costs and change orders, and serves as the primary client contact.

Leads business operations by developing strategies, managing budgets and KPIs, optimizing processes, establishing SOPs, overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and improving operational performance. The role leads department managers and cross-functional teams, supports hiring and development, analyzes operational data, and reports results to executive leadership.

Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing industrial refrigeration opportunities. Build pipelines, develop proposals, manage key accounts, collaborate with engineering and service teams, represent IRPROS at events, and maintain CRM reporting to meet sales targets.
