Impact was founded by Oscar-winning duo Ron Howard and Brian Grazer with CEO Tyler Mitchell in 2020, and in 2021 was named the #2 Most Innovative Company in Entertainment by Fast Company Magazine. Impact has raised more than $21 million in total funding from investors including Benchmark and Shasta Ventures.
