IdealSpot is the Zillow + for commercial real estate. The first product we launched is helping us begin to create a commercial real estate marketplace, which leverages 15,000+ data points, machine-learning and predictive analytics to help businesses find and select the ideal location for their business and customer base. We are the first to democratize the science of site location, until now only used by expensive analyst teams on staff of giants such as Starbucks, Costco and McDonalds.

Our goal is to use this and several other products to capture more retail data and own the largest retail map ever.
