Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits
HONK offers both short and long term disability benefits. Short-term provides a benefit of 20% of weekly salary up to $1500 and LTD provides a benefit of 60% of salary (up to $10K) after 90 days out.
Our dental plans cover up to $1500 of annual expenses and includes orthodontics.
The vision benefits plan covers 100% for annual eye exams with $150 for glasses and contact lenses.
Health Insurance Benefits
HONK provides employees with medical 4 plans to choose from including 2 HSA plans with deductibles as low as $250/yr and $1750 max out of pocket for covered services. HONK pays up to 90% of plans.
HONK provides a benefit of $25,000 for life insurance benefits plus a voluntary option to purchase additional coverage. HONK also provides a voluntary accident plan.
