Teams at H&M Group

Greet and assist customers across the shop floor, fitting rooms, and cash desk. Provide proactive, brand-driven customer service, process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise garments. Collaborate with the team to create welcoming shopping experiences and support store operations.

Create and maintain compelling in-store visual presentations and window displays, style mannequins and outfits, use sales data to inform merchandising, support daily store operations and the sales team, train and mentor colleagues on visual standards, and act as a brand ambassador to drive customer engagement and sales.
