Own product marketing strategy, including market and buyer intelligence, competitive positioning, messaging, customer research, product launches, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, content, thought leadership, and program effectiveness. Build the product marketing function from the ground up while applying AI tools to improve marketing workflows and enable team scalability.

Owns the company’s end-to-end corporate IT function as the sole IT resource. Responsibilities include employee support, onboarding and offboarding, endpoint and hardware lifecycle management, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, networking, VPN, DNS, internet uptime, SaaS licensing, IAM, cloud access, documentation, vendor and MSP management, office technology, and vendor-coordinated build-outs. The role requires hands-on technical support, proactive process improvements, and strong stakeholder and vendor communication.

The Director of Engineering will manage engineering teams, drive hiring strategies, and facilitate collaboration across departments while ensuring performance and development of key metrics.
