Validate battery pack electrical and thermal performance for the Auxiliary Power System. Develop automated test software using LabVIEW or CANalyzer, create validation procedures and test cases, specify instrumentation and data acquisition methods, analyze results, support BMS development, document findings, troubleshoot test setups, and build safe, organized laboratory test stations.

Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure spanning factory-floor systems, edge devices, datacenters, and IT networks. Build infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows, automate provisioning and deployments, manage monitoring and logging, and support 24/7 system availability through on-call rotations. The role requires hands-on management of physical hardware, troubleshooting across infrastructure layers, and close collaboration with manufacturing, facilities, business systems, and engineering teams in an on-site environment.

Develop and implement quality standards, control systems, and manufacturing processes. Inspect materials, equipment, and products; investigate quality issues; lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, APQP, MRB meetings, audits, and quality KPI implementation. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to reduce risks, validate improvements, and maintain the QMS.
