Harbinger Benefits Overview

Provides technical support for deployed customer EV fleets, including remote assistance, field support, testing, prototype and manufacturing builds, service procedure development, equipment calibration, data collection, inventory management, and technician training. Partners with engineering and external service providers to maximize fleet uptime and supports customer facilities, special events, and engineering test activities. The role requires extensive automotive workshop experience, EV/HV knowledge, CAN familiarity, and 50% travel.

Owns the full lifecycle design of low-voltage automotive subsystems and components, including architecture, requirements, supplier sourcing, development, validation, production launch, and sustaining engineering. Coordinates with electrical, software, mechanical, supply chain, quality, and program teams. Responsibilities include RFQs, supplier assessment, CAD and PLM documentation, DVPs, PPAP, SOP support, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and engineering change management.

Own the lifecycle engineering of low-voltage automotive components, from requirements, prototyping, sourcing, design validation, and supplier coordination through production launch and sustaining engineering. Maintain PLM documentation, support PPAP and SOP activities, manage ECOs, track schedules, and lead root-cause investigations. Collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, supply chain, supplier quality, and program management teams to deliver reliable EV components.
