The Principal AME Equipment Engineer will lead the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing equipment and processes for vehicle assembly, optimizing production efficiency and safety while managing full equipment lifecycles and cross-functional collaborations.

Perform high-precision fabrication and machining to build vehicle prototypes and manufacturing tooling. Operate and maintain CNC machines, lathes, mills, and welding equipment. Read blueprints, use CAD/CAM, apply GD&T, troubleshoot fabrication challenges, optimize processes, introduce new shop equipment, and collaborate with engineering and production while following safety protocols.

Design, develop, and optimize firmware for electric vehicle motor controls, focusing on embedded systems and advanced motor control algorithms.
