Own and administer the company’s Atlassian Cloud environment, including Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Guard, licensing, permissions, security, workflows, automation, and integrations. Build REST API, webhook, Forge, and Connect integrations; automate manual processes; and manage an enterprise AI gateway. Develop AI governance policies covering acceptable use, data handling, and vendor/model risk. Document configurations, train users and administrators, and partner cross-functionally with Security and Legal.

Process and accurately enter customer and dealer orders, review details, resolve discrepancies, coordinate templated communications, track order progress, and maintain complete, audit-ready documentation. The role manages digital filing systems, escalates missing information, supports order-status reporting, and ensures administrative tasks move efficiently through the distribution and sales planning pipeline.

Leads the IT and Cybersecurity roadmap by managing OKRs, project backlogs, cross-functional initiatives, change management, reporting, vendor implementations, and dependencies. Drives SOX ITGC, SOC 2, IPO-readiness, vulnerability management, access reviews, and vendor risk remediation. Partners with the IT Director and represents program status to executives, board members, and audit stakeholders.
