Leads IT operations supporting employees, offices, engineering, and manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include managing IT staff, service levels, on-call coverage, collaboration systems, conference room AV, service desk automation, onboarding and offboarding, device lifecycle, budgets, vendors, and cybersecurity coordination. The role also reports operational trends and supports production environments requiring reliable coverage across shifts.

Lead advanced powertrain engineering from concept through production and full product life. Design and develop electric drive units, generator sets, and internal combustion engines; establish engineering standards; perform FEA, design analysis, and validation; develop prototypes with technicians and suppliers; solve complex technical challenges; and guide multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Develops and implements supplier quality processes for automotive safety systems, structural frames, and thermal components. Conducts supplier audits, APQP, PPAP, inspections, testing, performance monitoring, and corrective actions. Collaborates with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers on DFM/DFA, FMEA, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. Leads quality reviews, MRB meetings, validation activities, and safe launches while ensuring components meet stringent safety, structural, thermal, and functional requirements.
