Leads a team of test specialists and owns system, regression, performance, integration, acceptance, end-to-end, and automated testing programs. Develops test strategies, translates requirements into test objectives, builds UiPath automation, analyzes defects and test results, and provides recommendations to government stakeholders. Requires Agile experience, test leadership, 5+ years of software testing experience, relevant certification, and an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance.

Lead a team of developers to design and deliver UiPath RPA and agentic solutions. Provide technical guidance, architect sustainable automations, mentor engineers, integrate systems via APIs, configure UiPath AI/LLM interfaces and document understanding, and drive customer adoption and advocacy.

Perform QA testing for Appian applications: develop testing strategies, create test scripts and documentation, execute tests across projects, track and analyze bugs, collaborate with leads and developers to resolve issues, and write user stories.
