Lead regional corporate relationships for Goldman Sachs Ayco, driving adoption of workplace financial planning benefits. Cultivate senior HR partnerships, identify revenue opportunities, coordinate internal resources, set success metrics, resolve service issues, and design engagement strategies to increase employee utilization of Ayco services.

Nine- to ten-week summer internship for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. Interns receive training, attend orientation, and work on real wealth management and financial planning responsibilities alongside advisors across private wealth, banking, and investment teams.

Lead regional B2B sales to C-suite stakeholders, build partnerships with large and high-growth employers, drive pipeline and revenue for corporate-sponsored financial planning programs, design regional marketing and implementation strategies, negotiate contracts, collaborate across Goldman Sachs teams, and mentor junior sales support.
