Design and deliver foundational financial planning training for advisor teams, covering net worth reporting, cash flow analysis, investments, tax-aware planning, estate planning, and employee benefits. Create practical curricula, case studies, and reference materials; collaborate with Product, Family Office, technical specialists, and other stakeholders; translate complex concepts into actionable learning; and continuously improve training content for accuracy, consistency, and advisor readiness.

Monitor and conduct compliance surveillance, assess product and transaction suitability, review client-facing marketing materials, advise Wealth Management teams on regulations and client issues, and support compliance projects. The role partners with Legal, Operations, business units, and divisional compliance teams while managing regulatory and reputational risk.

Lead regional corporate relationships for Goldman Sachs Ayco, driving adoption of workplace financial planning benefits. Cultivate senior HR partnerships, identify revenue opportunities, coordinate internal resources, set success metrics, resolve service issues, and design engagement strategies to increase employee utilization of Ayco services.
