Leads the design, development, and delivery of production AI systems, including agentic workflows, RAG architectures, backend services, evaluations, and orchestration infrastructure. Provides hands-on technical leadership, architectural direction, mentorship, code reviews, and engineering standards improvements. Partners with product and engineering stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into reliable, observable, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions.

Build and scale sales enablement programs for BDRs, AEs, and CSMs. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, certification, seller coaching, sales content and playbook development, AI workflow integration, GTM collaboration, sales technology management, KPI tracking, and feedback-driven optimization. The role partners with sales, marketing, product, and revenue operations to improve productivity, ramp time, win rates, deal cycles, and overall revenue performance in a fully remote startup.

Leads the day-to-day operations of Account Executive and Business Development Representative teams. Responsibilities include coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, quota execution, hiring, onboarding, deal strategy, sales process improvement, and cross-functional escalation. The Director of Sales partners with the VP of Sales on territories, compensation, enablement, and revenue strategy while deputizing for the VP when needed.
