Own the full post-verbal-commit contract process for new business, upsells, and renewals. Responsibilities include redlining and negotiating MSAs, Service Orders, DPAs, BAAs, and addenda; coordinating with external legal and procurement contacts; gathering internal deal information; managing renewal deadlines; maintaining accurate HubSpot records; and escalating significant contract risks. The role requires handling 10–20 concurrent contract threads with speed, accuracy, and strong written communication.

Monitors donor replies, moderates content, triages and resolves support tickets, routes escalations, documents recurring issues, and maintains partner avatar videos. Collaborates with operations, customer success, and technical teams to support donor-impacting workflows. Requires strong written communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills, comfort with multiple systems, and availability for nonstandard EST shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Manage full sales cycle to acquire and grow nonprofit customers, build relationships with decision-makers, close SaaS deals, share market feedback, and hit revenue targets while supporting existing accounts.
