Lead global specification and NPI efforts by engaging EPCs, engineering design firms, sales, and operations. Identify market product gaps using data, manage projects to align with product roadmap, support specials and engineered solutions, and drive front-end operational improvements to enhance customer experience.

Coordinate and manage production work orders and schedules in a custom manufacturing environment. Use ERP/MRP (SAP preferred) to release, monitor, and update orders, balance capacity and materials, analyze inventory and demand, generate reports and KPIs, apply lean practices, and collaborate with purchasing, engineering, customer service, and operations to resolve shortages and meet delivery commitments.

Design and sustain electrical systems across product lifecycle, develop analog and high-speed/RF circuits and layouts, run EVT verification testing, troubleshoot and test assemblies using lab instruments, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet certifications and customer requirements.

Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. Manage schedules, budgets, cross-functional teams, site visits, reporting, change management, risk mitigation, commissioning, and material flow tracking with SAP to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage supplier quality through inspection planning, first article and supplier qualifications, root cause/corrective actions (RCCM/SCAR), ISO system ownership, audits, and cross-functional resolution of quality issues to improve scrap, RTY, and customer quality metrics.

Operate, set up, program, and maintain CNC machines across three skill levels. Inspect parts using precision measuring tools, follow safety and 5S standards, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot G/M code and machine issues, create programs (MasterCAM/Esprit) and fixtures (Level III), and train less-experienced operators.

Lead R&D for industrial process automation products (sensors, electronics, controls, embedded software, mechanics). Drive product strategy, IP and roadmap, manage global engineering teams and external partners, establish engineering processes and metrics, and ensure product development from requirements through launch and sustaining.

Drive profitable commercial and residential sales growth across LA and MS by executing market plans, developing Top 10 account plans, managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, coordinating with national accounts and marketing, conducting training, and generating demand. Travel regionally to support target accounts and team initiatives.

Responsible for achieving territory sales and gross profit targets for commercial and residential business. Develops account plans for top target contractor accounts, manages project pipeline and forecasts in SFDC, aligns with national accounts and marketing, conducts training, and generates demand through targeted market plans. Requires regional travel.
